Zafu LT sells cleaned, chemical-free, perfectly shaped and fragrant cherry pits (in other words cherry stones) with excellent heat-accumulating and heat-retaining properties. Cherry stones (cherry pits) are ideal for heated pillows, pads and toys, especially for children’s heated pillows, as there is a small chance of burns (of course, if you do not overheat the cherry stones).

Just sew a cotton pillow or pouch and place cherry stones in it. If you heat the pillow in the microwave or oven at moderate temperature, you will have a great source of heat. It is common to relieve pain, for example, by placing a hot water bottle on a sore spot, but a cherry stone pillow retains heat longer than hot water in a bottle, and it is more comfortable to use. A warm cherry pits pillow is suitable to treat baby colic, menstrual cramps, bloating, joint and muscle pain, as well as it will warm your hands or feet pleasantly.

Cherry pits are suitable not only for heating, but also for cooling. Store a pillow or pouch filled with cherry stones in the freezer or in the fridge for a few hours and you will have a great cold compress to ease headaches and migraines, stop nosebleeds or relieve pain of sprains, strains and sports injuries.  A cold cherry stone pillow will slow down blood flow and reduce swelling and pain.
